Community Mental Health Teams – South – based in Hawick Community Hospital.  East and WEST – based at BGH – referral via SCI-gateway

DBI – distress brief intervention – referral form by clinician – 16 yrs +

Wellbeing service (self-referral form): Emotional wellbeing (for people aged 18 and over) stress, anxiety, depression, low mood, bereavement, sleep problems, self-esteem, negative thoughts, relaxation.
