New Patient Feedback Portal
We are pleased to announce that we have recently created our new feedback page which has been designed to help patients provide feedback to the practice. This can be done via our new online form for ease and we also outline other methods for getting in touch. In addition to this you will also find information for further complaints procedures via the ombudsman and what to expect if you do make a complaint.
